Anyone taking a Lighting 101 workshop with us must first attend a Lighting Theory workshop on either March 3 or 9 from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM. This is so important…so amazing…and so cool you won’t believe it! Once you understand how light behaves and how to control it then you can tailor basic lighting setups to your preferences and to the individual or situation. Lighting MUST be tailored to the individual you are photographing!

We’ve split it out to a different day now so you’ll be more mentally alert on Saturday March 19 (for the Professional) or Saturday March 26 ( for the Enthusiast) and have more shooting and practice time!

For the Professional (March 19)
The fundamentals of professional photographic lighting with a concentration on commercial portrait lighting

For the Enthusiast (March 26)
The fundamentals of photographic lighting with a concentration on available light and your cameras built in or external flash unit. You don’t need expensive gear to take beautiful pictures!
